Telenet – Infosys, a true transformation partnership

 

Telenet, the largest provider of cable broadband services in Belgium, embarked on a partnership with Infosys almost 19 years ago. Tom Nauwelaerts, Vice President, Planning and Transformation, Telenet talks about how this partnership has strengthened with time. Telenet and Infosys have together achieved significant success with ‘One App’ program and now the focus is on the larger digital transformation program where both the organizations are working together throughout the journey. Tom also talks about how Infosys is helping Telenet in gearing up for agile way of working which will eventually contribute in making the digital transformation come through.
