Overview

The Infosys Communications, Media and Entertainment practice establishes and manages Network Operations Centers (NOCs) for telecommunication service providers, cable operators and enterprise networks. We manage heterogeneous networks via troubleshooting, software distribution and update, router and domain name management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with affiliate networks.

Our network administrators use Service Level Agreement (SLA)-driven infrastructure support and managed services models to monitor telecommunication networks, manage device configuration, and implement changes across the system. Advanced dashboards offer visibility into the network, server and application performance, enable post-event analysis and simplify reporting, we combine ITIL best practices, Six Sigma tools and ISO 20000 processes to migrate / decommission processes.

Our governance framework ensures efficient workflow, while our network operations delivery model minimizes events across network elements.
