Infosys developed MyServices app for Openreach, a subsidiary of BT, which operates the fiber broadband infrastructure in the United Kingdom. The app streamlines the fiber broadband implementation across the UK, including support and maintenance by the field force of 35,000 engineers.
The award-winning app offers visibility for engineers to troubleshoot, resolve queries and issues, and enable first time resolution. The app is accelerating the fiber broadband rollout for 25 million homes in the UK by 2026:
