The Solution

Infosys, in partnership with a leading systems integrator, adopted the bluefield implementation approach with selective data transition as the migration strategy for the client. This enabled the client to migrate to SAP S/4HANA on AWS with changes only to the required processes thereby minimizing business disruption and ensuring zero impact to processes that required no changes.

Infosys modernized the data and reporting landscape by adopting the shell migration approach with selective model/data transition to achieve a lean and clean BW/4HANA system on AWS.

Existing planning and consolidation processes were migrated from classical BPC to embedded BPC on BW/4HANA. This resulted in harmonized planning and consolidation processes. Interfaces were migrated from PI to PO landscape and effective dashboard-based monitoring implemented.
