A leading aerostructure manufacturer partnered with Infosys to create a blueprint of the IT landscape of acquired entity and set process to manage the landscape. A detailed analysis of the company’s business landscape and assessment of fitment of the plants led to selection of SAP for ERP. Infosys collaborated with the client to design their entire IT landscape and make it operational by defined TSA date and operate it for 5 years.
