Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V., known as Bimbo, is a global leader in the baking industry and an important player in snacks. With 197 plants and operations in 33 countries across the world, it owns some of the largest bakeries in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Chile, Peru, Colombia, El Salvador, and Spain.

Bimbo’s legacy applications had grown in size and complexity over the years leading to higher infrastructure cost and performance degradation.
