Shaji heads Infosys' Banking & Capital Markets unit in the U.S. and has more than 20 years of experience. His areas of expertise include business and IT strategy, business process redesign, and value management, with focus on financial services. He manages senior client relationships in the U.S. and global service delivery.

Shaji has led business and technology transformation initiatives and created tangible business value. He has also led the development of go-to-market solutions. He has extensive experience in risk products, risk management, securities operations, competitive analysis, customer value management, business/IT alignment, IT-enabled business process redesign, and operational improvement. Most of his experience is in financial services, insurance, and high-tech sectors. Shaji actively contributes to innovation and thought leadership and holds 40 technology patents.

Shaji holds an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU, a Ph.D. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
