Radha has 17 years of experience in the Industry (predominantly in CPG and Retail) working in operations at the local , regional and corporate levels Prior to joining Infosys, Radha worked in multiple business roles : Operations Manager, Regional Business Head and Marketing Manager for a trans-national CPG company in the emerging Indian retail market .

In Infosys, Radhakrishnan Started of in 2000 in the capacity of Group Leader and a domain Expert in the Retail/CPG Domain for recommending appropriate value propositions to multiple Retail ,distribution and CPG clients in the apparel, grocery and speciality retail space.
He was the founding member of the Retail Business Unit in 2003 and part of the Retail Unit Management Team till Mid 2007 - Defining and executing on the Unit strategy, Responsible for key Infosys Retail /CPG relationships along the US east coast , He played a key role as a Solution strategist and evangelist for Infosys Business -IT solutions focused on the Grocery and CPG sector.

Radha now heads a newly created unit in Infosys BPO -focused on driving Non linear growth for the Infosys Group -through building strategic platforms and key solutions to deliver managed services to our customers Radhakrishnan holds a post graduate diploma in management (specialization: marketing & finance) from a premier Indian business school and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Mechanical engineering.
