Vodafone NZ (VFNZ), the largest wireless carrier in New Zealand, has 2.4 million customers and 3 million connections with consumers and businesses. In July 2021, VFNZ separated from their former parent company and became an independent entity. However, they retained the brand name. As part of the separation process, VFNZ needed to switch from the ERP and other backend systems of the Vodafone Group by July 2022 to avoid high penalties.
