This award was in recognition for helping a leading bank to initiate their journey towards digital transformation and eliminate the problems associated with their legacy application globally. Infosys helped the bank transform digitally within 21 weeks by moving to a modern, robust knowledge management solution, Oracle Knowledge Advanced. This resulted in knowledge being centralize and easy-to-find for 14000+ employees across multiple LOBs. The client achieved substantial time and cost savings from operational efficiencies gained in all branches and contact centers. Improvements in customer service are helping drive product sales and revenue.
