Infosys worked with a leading company in the design, engineering and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment to enhance the employee experiences using Oracle HCM Cloud solution. Infosys leveraged Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to deliver one single source of truth housing HR, Finance and SCM applications across six countries.
Business Objective
The client wanted to create synergy and standardization across the sites. Reducing the process complexities and manual efforts by automating the business workflows was one of the key objectives. The company wanted to ensure compliance and adherence to country-specific localizations. It wanted to create a unified solution landscape addressing key business pain points leading to reduced operational costs.
Infosys Solution
Infosys developed Oracle HCM Cloud solution-based system with process standardization and harmonization as well as to adopt the best of the breed business processes and automation across the entire ‘Hire to Retire’ employee lifecycle. Implementations lead to seamless integration with external third-party systems using native as well as middleware integration capabilities. End to end recruiting experience was enhanced by including background checks and resume parsing. A payroll interface solution was designed for the United States division leveraging ADP Workforce Now (WFN) integration. The Infosys solution provided multiple custom job roles and data roles to avoid license overage in future.

One single source of truth housing HR, Finance and SCM applications was established by consolidating multiple disparate systems. Automated recruitment and onboarding tasks with corresponding emails lead to reduced recruitment cycle time by up to 20%. Enhanced reporting capabilities across various user groups provided greater transparency.
