How Brent Council Achieved Digital Transformation with Infosys and Oracle

Brent Council is a UK local authority, located in Northwest London. It is home to the world-famous Wembley Stadium. Brent is one of 32 London boroughs with nearly 400,000 residents. The council is responsible for many services, including adult and children's social care, planning council tax collection, education services, among many others.

Brent Council embarked on a journey to streamline and standardize business processes across finance, supply chain, HCM/payroll, and EPM. Fundamental to the strategy was their move from a legacy Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) to an Oracle SaaS Cloud solution suite.
