Infosys provided an emerging tech led integrated shopping experience solution for efficiently engaging with customers. The solution can add the digital loyalty card to the user’s mobile wallet and provide notifications of on-going offers by auto-detection of loyalty cards. It leveraged QR code based scan and SMS based registration for on-boarding new members. Members could also seek on-going offers through Conversational interfaces such as FB messenger and Alexa.
