About Samad Masood
Samad is the head of thought leadership production for the Infosys Knowledge Institute, responsible for covering all industry verticals, horizontal services and European business. He has spent the past 20 years as a technology journalist, researcher, thought leader and innovator. At Infosys he has driven the research agenda at the Knowledge Institute, developing and expanding the group’s “Radar” series of reports and the ESG and Digital research streams.
Before joining Infosys he developed Accenture’s start-up innovation practice in the UK, first setting up and running a series of start-up accelerators in the Fintech, Retail, and Health sectors, and then leading the company’s Open Innovation group in the UK, while also selling digital strategy services to clients. Before this he was that firm’s Technology research lead, having been a researcher and principle research analyst at firms such as Computerwire, Datamonitor and Ovum, and a writer for magazines including Risk, Information Age and Computer Business Review.
About Priyanka Haldipur
Priyanka is a researcher and producer at the Infosys Knowledge Institute. She develops insights related to trends and emerging technologies - in areas such as consumer goods, retail, and logistics, and future of work - that help organizations make the necessary changes to achieve desirable business outcomes. She produces content for the Consumer Spotlight virtual panel discussion series, viewpoints, industry reports, and fireside chats with client leaders.
Before joining Infosys, she was an organizational change management communications lead, driving digital transformation projects, for Cognizant’s clients. Prior to that, she was a corporate communications specialist at organizations such as Aricent and Societe Generale, where she strategized and delivered communications related to employee engagement, organizational policies, and employer branding, apart from building executive communications and crisis communications. Earlier, she was a lifestyle journalist with leading national dailies in India.
