The pandemic has changed what women want from their organizations. They are seeking greater opportunities to step-up to managerial and leadership roles. In situations where belittling microaggressions - such as having their judgment or their managerial style questioned - make it harder for them to advance, they are not hesitating to switch jobs in pursuit of a more empowering workplace. What that really means is, companies that do prioritize listening to their women employees and embracing a culture that supports equity and inclusion have so much to gain. The films, featured here, offer us an opportunity to introspect and see what we can do – as individuals, managers, colleagues and corporate decision-makers - to make the most of this opportunity – to advance gender diversity and progress in our workplace.

The theme for International Women's Day (IWD) 2022 is Break The Bias. Some of the most stubborn, most debilitating biases that persist, despite us fighting the good fight, often manifest in rather subtle forms. It’s easy to let them slip past us because they come to us camouflaged as friendly comments, ignorant questions or harmless explanations. Our campaign aims to compel everyone to spend 30 seconds taking note of these slips, that so many of us are guilty of, so we can grow to be more aware and of course less biased.
