Nageswar leads the Capital Markets practice at Infosys, and he has over 25 years of experience across the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences segments.

Nageswar brings a unique mix of technical, engineering, and business expertise that lends itself to developing business strategies, as well as positioning cutting-edge technologies for clients with an eye towards growth and profitability. Through this deep understanding of market opportunities and a focused approach to creating compelling business strategies, Nageswar has been successful in partnering with clients to change their trajectory to achieve superior results.

Nageswar has partnered with many Financial Services’ clients in creating unique value propositions that not only help reduce costs and improve efficiency but also Identify revenue growth opportunities. Nageswar is also responsible for driving the Alliances and Partnership strategy for the Financial Services & Insurance Vertical. He has identified and partnered with a few tech start-ups, FinTechs and InsurTechs that help clients engage in new areas within Financial Services & Insurance.

Nageswar is an alumnus of Harvard Business School with a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Communication. He has written many blogs and spoken at multiple Financial Services, Product and Technology events.

Prior to joining LPL Financial in February, she was the chief information officer and head of technology for Vanguard’s Financial Advisor and Institutional Investor businesses.

She has a track record of maximizing investments; introducing disruptive technologies and scaling them across the business to solve complex problems. She has a solid track record of delivering quantifiable outcomes; increasing productivity and modernizing the organization.

Victoria Davis

Director of Education, Opera on Tap

Victoria Davis, a featured Operatic Soprano and educator, joined the New York City chapter of Opera on Tap in 2021 as a Creative Producer as well as The Director of Education. She has been a featured soloist in many concerts and events including the Welcoming of the First Lady of Russia with Michelle and Barack Obama and the Kennedy Center’s Young Artist in America presentation. She was most recently heard at Odyssey Opera, debuting the role of Lily for Tobias Pickers' opera, Awakenings, and will debut her first operatic recording in the fall of 2023. As the Director of Education for Opera on Taps Playground Opera, she works to continue the mission of bringing opera to communities that are typically underserved and overlooked in new and innovative ways. As a grant recipient of Infosys Foundation USA, she and her team have been able to impact students within fifteen states and a wide demographic of new opera enthusiasts, using STEAM educational tools, such as paper circuiting, with their partner, Chibitronics.

She has over 16 years of experience in financial services, banking and management consulting, leading technology innovation in asset management, regulatory reporting, risk management and cybersecurity practices, while creating organizational agility in support of business model transformation.

The Infosys Foundation USA is committed to increasing access to computer science and maker education for K-12 children and their teachers with a particular focus on under-resourced and under-represented communities across the US. Kate leverages her international career across the sustainable development spectrum with her passion and experience in the education sector. Her strategic consulting and policy experience with governments, private foundations, non-profits, the UN underpin her efforts to advance the Foundation's social impact.
