Karmesh Vaswani

Karmesh Vaswani leads the Consumer Goods & Tech, Retail and Logistics Global Business Unit of Infosys.

Karmesh partners strategically with the Executive Board leadership teams of Enterprise clients to help strategise, plan and implement next generation business, digital and technology capabilities. He has extensive cross industry expertise in the areas of Global supply chain management, Logistics Transformations, Sales & Marketing, Finance & HR Transformations and setting up Global Shared Enterprise Services. He has led a number of initiatives to carve out new sources of competitive advantage in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics industry, delivering tangible improvements in free cash flow for the Enterprise clients. He is very actively involved in shaping new ecosystems with innovative startups, select cloud providers and the business technology services of Infosys to shape new business models Enterprise Clients.

A passionate advocate of Diversity at the workplace, Karmesh leads the global diversity programme at Infosys and also helps clients cultivate diversity in their Technology and Business services groups. Karmesh represents Infosys at the World Economic Forum and is involved Global Taskforces focused on China and India markets.

Prior to joining Infosys in 2003, he was a senior executive with Accenture for 10 years, and specialized in leading large business and technology transformation programmes in Asia Pacific region in the Manufacturing, Logistics and Consumer industries. He has received a Bachelors with Honors in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai (India) and also Executive Global Leadership Development Programme at Stanford University (USA). Karmesh is based in London, UK.

Inderpreet is the Group General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer of Infosys. In this role she leads the legal and compliance function of the Company. Dr. Hema Prem is Vice President leading Europe Insurance at Infosys and is based in London.

She is a Sales Advisory Board Member for EdgeVerve (Infosys subsidiary). She manages business across General Insurance, London & Lloyds Market, Life & Pensions and Broking sector clients and advises CXOs to deliver on themes around digital transformation, cloud initiatives, cost optimization & operational efficiency, innovation& co-creation initiatives.

Hema is also the BAME leader representing Infosys at CBI (Confederation of British Industries) and has also been recognized in multiple forums as an Insurance leader.

Prior to joining Infosys, she has been associated with organizations like Intel, SAP Labs and had been selected as a Lieutenant with the Indian Navy

Allison Krill is the Chief Technology Officer for Deutsche Börse Group. In this role, Allison is responsible for ensuring an effective alignment between Business and Technology Strategy whilst enabling Deutsche Börse Group to execute on new technology opportunities. Jennifer Courant

Jennifer leads the Sustainability, Culture & Talent Team within TDI to focus on delivering our ESG strategy, evolving our ways of working, and developing and engaging our employees. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Group Chief Data Officer, accountable for driving expert management and use of Data assets across the bank. Based in New York, Jennifer also performs the role of Americas Head of TDI which includes interfacing with the bank’s US regulators and providing oversight of regional technology delivery and management. Jennifer joined the bank in 2019 from Deloitte, where she spent two years as a Managing Director in the Risk Advisory practice, specializing in data solutions for large, multinational financial institutions. This compliments her strong network within the IT third-party outsourcing advisor community which helps her drive market making activities for Infosys across Europe. Dr. Dorothee Ritz

Dr. Dorothee Ritz has been responsible for the Digital Division of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH as Managing Director since January 1, 2023. Prior to this, she held the same position for the Solution to Retail Division since July 2021. She began her career after earning a Master's degree in European Community Law from the University of London and a Doctorate in Law. Focused on Online Law, she co-founded AOL Europe serving on the AOL management team in Australia. In 2000, she was part of the founding team of German company Xchanging GmbH while also working for Bertelsmann AG in the Online Services & New Media department until 2003. In 2004, she joined Microsoft, where she held various management positions. For eight years, she was a member of the management team of Microsoft Germany as General Manager for Consumer & Online as well as Advertising & Online before operating as Senior Director of Business Strategy International in the Greater Paris area from 2012 to 2015. Finally, in 2015, she assumed the role of General Manager of Microsoft Austria, where she drove, among other things, the implementation of a strategy for the "mobile first, cloud first" world and solutions for the challenges of digital transformation. She was also responsible for the expansion of MSN and Hotmail and the introduction of Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9. Dorothee Ritz is married, the mother of two children, and has been involved in the board of the non-profit children's aid organization Plan International Germany for over 20 years alongside her professional career.

Monique Breen

Realising bp’s net-zero ambition, and reimagining energy for people and our planet, requires an extraordinary degree of problem-solving, collaboration and leadership, which Monique has demonstrated throughout her career.

She joined BP in 2005 following extensive consultancy experience in business change and technology at Sapient, PA Consulting and Logica CMG, primarily working with clients in the financial services sector including Citibank, Thomson Reuters, International Petroleum Exchange and the London Clearing House.

She is currently the VP for Customer Products (B2B), responsible for defining and delivering all bp’s B2B customer-facing products and management of delivery squads. Prior to this, Monique was in bp’s trading organization, holding several leadership roles including the IT Director of International Gas, Structured Products and Treasury, where she was accountable for all aspects of systems delivery and operations for the European Gas and Power, global LNG trading activities.

Monique is an impassioned leader with technical depth, recognised by business partners for her commercial mindset, and a strong track record of building and leading diverse teams to deliver global, consumer-grade digital solutions.

Monique graduated from The University of Manchester with Master and Bachelor degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She lives in London with her husband Ben and two daughters.
