At Infosys, our D&I charter draws inspiration from our values and is contained in the first tenet of our Code of Conduct and Ethics, namely “Respecting Each Other,” and drives our Equal Employment Opportunity practices.
The UK team celebrates International Women’s Day annually as a flagship event to foster learning, enthusiasm, wonder and to provoke dialogues around gender diversity in the region.
This year, we have adopted the theme ‘Choose To Challenge’, and are bringing together an inspirational mix of industry thought-leaders and gamechangers. This virtual event will have power packed Panel Discussions and Speakers’ Addresses. We will also celebrate the winners of our annual FLAIR awards, which recognizes, motivates and empowers Infosys Business Women in the region.
We’re certain this event will further complement our efforts of sparking and sustaining conversations around gender equality among our colleagues in UK!
