The Solution

Proactive monitoring and management of Bausch’s cloud platforms

Infosys adopted a 3-phased approach to manage CloudOps for Bausch Health – Knowledge Transfer, Primary Support, and Secondary Support

  • Configured automated health checks for AWS EC2, AWS RDS and Amazon Redshift resources on the cloud watch monitor and SNS to auto-create ServiceNow incidents with priority-based model on different environments - Development, Testing, and Production
  • Automated daily health-check reports for AWS Resources such as EC2 Instances, RDS, and Amazon Redshift to make sure backups are functioning as expected
  • Automated the aged access keys and inactive-users list report as part of Bausch security policy (disabling IAM users after 365 days of inactivity)

Benefits
