Our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management solutions minimize the carbon footprint, while boosting quality and throughput. We ensure compliance with guidelines and standards of the World Semiconductor Council (WSC) and Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) for electrical and production equipment, process liquid heating systems, exhaust ventilation, emergency shutdown, and hazard warnings, among other safety considerations. Our analytical solutions improve energy efficiency by predicting changes in operating conditions and equipment maintenance requirements.
