With the pandemic subsiding and employees returning to office to work, the office setup as we know today needs to be refreshed and re-aligned to the needs of the employees and the new ways of working.
At Infosys, we have embarked on a workplace transformation exercise aimed at transforming our physical infrastructure into a new experience for the employees to navigate and excel in the new normal. The Future Ready Hybrid Workplace will cater to the different needs of employees – providing the best of productivity, social connect and well-being. The transformed office offers a variety of space for employees, leverages the power of technology, and enables social connect, while ensuring the principles of health & wellness, sustainability, and inclusivity. Every space in the transformed office is designed with a specific purpose and ready for welcoming the employees with its vibrant and exciting interiors, as we believe workplace experience will play a major role in employees returning to office.
A few key components of the transformed office are given here:
Focused work desk
This is the go-to space for head down work, offering privacy with partition on 3 sides. Acoustically treated for minimizing distraction and enabling focused work effectively.
Scrum desk for team work
Open office linear desk for team work, with maximum natural light and views. This space is ideal for team work and regular quick standup-meetings and sprint sessions.
Work lounge
Open office linear desk for team work, with maximum natural light and views. This space is ideal for team work and regular quick standup-meetings.
Hybrid meeting room
Open office linear desk with 8 – 10 seats for team work, with maximum natural light and views. This space is ideal for team work and regular quick standup-meetings.
Discussion pods
2 – 4 seater pods for quick discussion / catch-up with team members without having to book a meeting room. Strategically placed and acoustically treated to minimize disturbance to the surroundings.
Collab area
A vibrant social space, to encourage informal discussion, collaboration and ideation
Reconfig zone
A multi-purpose space with movable furniture, that can be arranged quickly in the form of a meeting room, training zone or a team work area.
Work café
The perfect ME, WE & US space provides for collaboration within and across teams. This 24x7 space provides comfort, convenience, safety, seamless collaboration and focused work in a café setup.
Quiet room
A small enclosure for Me-time, individual focused work in a quiet environ, a one-on-one discussion, or that client call without any disturbance from your surroundings.
Phone booth
For that quick private call without stepping out of office or disturbing your team members. A very functional space providing a nostalgic experience.
