The Quality Department at Infosys proactively leads compliance and assurance through audits and assessments to de-risk the organization, with increased coverage of services and centers. We continue to comply with international management system standards and models at the Infosys Group level including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27701, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 42001, ISO 20000, & ISO 22301.

In fiscal 2023, Infosys was appraised at L5 maturity in one of the world’s largest integrated CMMI V2.0 assessments.

Infosys continues to comply annually with SSAE 18/ISAE 3402 SOC Type I and Type II at an enterprise level and has received an independent auditors’ assurance compliance report.

Infosys’ ESG Reports are in accordance with the GRI Standard

Infosys’ carbon neutrality efforts have been certified against the PAS 2060:2014 standard for the fifth year in a row.

Infosys is among the first companies to have its Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) certified with accreditation to ISO 27701 privacy information management standard.

A robust Health, Safety and Environment Management system is established across our global operations with a focus on 100% adherence to applicable local legislations. Our certification to ISO14001 and ISO45001 covers over 80% of Infosys’ global employees.

Information security governance at Infosys is of paramount importance to our business operations. All our workforce, business systems and operations are covered through our robust information security practices across our global operations. About 90% of our employees have been covered through Information security management system certifications. (ISO 27001).
