Certifications

The Quality Department at Infosys proactively leads compliance and assurance through audits and assessments to de-risk the organization, with increased coverage of services and centers. We continue to comply with international management system standards and models at the Infosys Group level viz. AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 45001.

In fiscal 2021, Infosys got appraised at L5 maturity in one of the largest integrated CMMI 2.0 assessments in the world ever.

Infosys is one of the first few organizations to have complied and certified to the new safety management system (ISO 45001).

Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) for Personal data of EU data subjects in Netherlands and Germany processed at the Infosys India corporate offices has been certified based on ISO 27701 standards. All European centers have been assessed for GDPR requirements.

Infosys is one of first few organizations to comply with and get assessed at enterprise level for SSAE-18 SOC 2 Type II and ISAE 3402 / SSAE-18 SOC 1 Type II and has received an independent auditors’ assurance compliance report.

ESG

Infosys published its first ever ESG Report, in accordance with the GRI Standard, that was independently assured by DNV, India.

The Infosys carbon neutrality efforts have been certified against the PAS 2060:2014 standard for the second year in a row.

In the fiscal 2021, we committed to science-based targets initiatives (SBTi) to validate our climate change targets in alignment with the Paris agreement’s goal of keeping temperatures well below 2 degree centigrade scenario.
