Infosys enables Prime Therapeutics to enhance software quality and reduce cost

In this video, Doug Ableidinger, Senior Director, Application Development, Prime Therapeutics, explains why they chose to partner with Infosys and some of the core challenges they were trying to solve. As an organization, they needed to be agile, attract the right talent, and manage their rapid business growth of 30 percent each year.

Prime Therapeutics leveraged Infosys expertise in the area of quality assurance and testing, and reduced the number of vendors they worked with — from seven to one. They began by partnering with Infosys for application development and went on to harness an expanding set of solutions.

Doug goes on to share that one of their needs was to reduce the time taken to complete certain tasks. Infosys was proactive on this front, and began implementing solutions and showcasing ways in which they had enhanced efficiency for Prime Therapeutics. This enabled other departments in the organization to review their internal workflow and locate opportunities for improvement.

He believes that the collaboration between Prime Therapeutics and Infosys is viewed as a successful model that can yield positive results. This has led other business areas at Prime Therapeutics to consider harnessing the expertise of Infosys as well.
