With its headquarters in Houston, Texas, Bristow Group is the leading provider of helicopter services to the worldwide offshore energy industry based on the number of aircraft operated, and one of two helicopter service providers to the offshore energy industry with global operations. Its proud heritage includes providing search and rescue services. Bristow owns and operates Bristow Academy, which is the world’s largest commercial helicopter training service provider.
Bristow was facing challenges with its legacy systems, which could no longer be scaled up to support future business needs. In order to achieve its business objectives, the company recognized the need to replace the old and legacy application systems.
Infosys enabled Bristow to embark on digital transformation journey and implemented SAP Business Suite on SAP HANA. It helped them develop a strategy, build and implement innovative solutions. These included developing a customer relationship management (CRM) system, a service management system on a cloud service platform, knowledge management tools and a new enterprise portal.
