Chief Sustainability Officer, Unilever

Rebecca Marmot is Unilever's Chief Sustainability Officer. She is responsible for Unilever's sustainability strategy and implementation globally. This includes embedding sustainability across Unilever’s business groups and functions as well as leading external engagement, advocacy and partnerships across priority areas of environment, health & wellbeing and the social agenda.

Ms Marmot joined Unilever in 2007 and held various roles across corporate affairs and communications before becoming global vice president of the newly merged sustainability and partnerships function.

Prior to Unilever, she worked in strategy consulting including for the U.K. government and at L’Oréal. Rebecca is also a non-executive director at the Global Solidarity Fund and a member of the TENT advisory council.
