Jayesh Sanghrajka

Executive Vice President and CFO Designate, Infosys Group

As CFO designate, Jayesh has responsibility for the company’s corporate controllership, treasury, business finance, tax, financial and development planning, analysis and reporting. He cultivates and manages Infosys’ strategic relationships and communication with shareholders and the broader investment community. He is also responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, infrastructure and facilities management as well as steering the CEO’s office at Infosys. Jayesh will take over as the Group CFO effective April 01, 2024.

Jayesh has over 25 years of experience including over 18 years with Infosys. He has also served in a variety of finance roles course-plotting new business ventures, alliances, contracting and delivery of client engagements and operations for companies like Tishman-Speyer, Rediff.com, Mu Sigma and KPMG.

Jayesh is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s qualification in Commerce from Mumbai University, India.
