Valérie Beaulieu joined The Adecco Group as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and an Executive Committee member in November 2020. Previously, she was Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft US, and has held various management positions at Microsoft in marketing and sales in North America, Asia and Europe for more than 20 years.

Valérie is a passionate advocate of diversity and a tireless crusader for women in leadership and closing the gender gap in the workplace. She is driving activities to empower women in leadership inside her organization and she has mentored women at various stages of their career. Valérie evangelizes the topic of diversity and the impact of the pandemic on women. She raises tough questions on specific topics like flexibility in the workplace and what that means for women. Since January 2015, Beaulieu has been a Foreign Trade Advisor for France. Since May 2022, she is Director and Board member at Orange. She has also volunteered as a business mentor for NGOs focused on fighting poverty through education, such as Gawad Kalinga in the Philippines or Passarelle Numeriques in Cambodgia and Vietnam.
