James leads a global team of innovators who drive sustainability and product compliance work across HP. By reducing its environmental footprint, protecting critical human rights, and ensuring world class compliance/certification, HP enables consumers, governments, and enterprise customers to make sustainable equipment choices. In turn, this supports the next generation of circular innovation across the global economy. James’s team partners across all of HP's product lines, including personal systems, imaging and printing, and workforce services and solutions. With ambitious goals over the next decade, HP stands for a new era of progress—where climate change is reversed, human rights are universally protected, and digital equity democratizes opportunity for all.

James holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He lives on a small farm with his wife, two sons, and a handful of pets. His passion is making the world a better place for the next generation.
