Infosys is leading digital transformation at USG Boral as their strategic partner

USG Boral is a leading manufacturer and supplier of gypsum-based wall and ceiling lining systems, mineral fibre acoustical ceiling systems, metal framing, joint compounds, high-performance panels and accessories throughout Asia, Australasia and the Middle East.

USG Boral had legacy ERP system that forced them to perform lot of manual transactions hampering operational excellence. The ERP system required large amount of manual efforts to get the right data resulting in business inefficiencies. USG Boral decided to replace their old ERP system and partnered with Infosys to implement SAP S/4HANA.

With SAP S/4HANA implementation, USG Boral now has an end-to-end integrated system. This new system enables USG Boral to complete sales orders within minutes while the current online reporting helps them to take quicker decisions. The new system has also provided USG Boral with the ability to close their month end within one day.
