Overview

Infosys takes a structured approach while incorporating Azure best practices for cloud operations to realize the benefits of cloud such as reliability, scalability, availability, and cost. Our services adhere to well-established frameworks such as ITILv4 to ensure the highest level of process compliance. Infosys delivers Azure operational services with processes, controls, and best practices embedded within its Infosys Polycloud platform which leverages Azure native tools and selected third-party tools.

Operations Service Catalog

Our cloud operations service catalog is built around a cloud adoption framework and addresses the needs of basic and advanced cloud operations requirements.

Azure baseline operations: This covers the basic needs of the cloud infrastructure and platforms.

Monitoring & alerting: For Azure resource and service (including IaaS and PaaS) with Azure monitor
Compliance: Monitor policy drifts, and ensure policy compliance
Data Protection & recovery: Backup and recovery for Azure and non-Azure workloads, resources for Azure site recovery and Azure backup
Provisioning & de-provisioning: Provisioning, configuration, and updates for Azure resources with full automation using ARM templates
