Infosys has been recognized as leader by Forrester Research in The Forrester Wave™: Multicloud Managed Services Providers, Q1 2023. Forrester evaluated 11 multicloud managed services providers across 29 criteria and scored them on their current offerings, market presence and strategy.
Even as large enterprises have embraced a multicloud approach in their cloud strategies, which comes with added operational complexity, there is a need for additional support to extract maximum value from multicloud operations. The Forrester Assessment evaluates the 11 top vendors on their ability to provide these diverse services, highlighting Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders, and Challengers in this market.
As per the report, “Most large enterprises have embraced a multicloud approach in their cloud strategies, which comes with added operational complexity.... For example, while support for core advisory, build, and operational services across the major hyperscalers remains of great interest, clients today require more assistance in the way of intercloud operations, FinOps, sustainability, vertical cloud solutioning, and edge scenarios.”
