We process your Personal Data with your consent for providing services to use the event mobile app

Where we process Personal Data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time.

Your Rights: You are entitled at any time to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your Personal Data. In addition, you have the right to receive Personal Data concerning you which you have provided to us directly. These rights may be exercised, by you logging a request sending an email to InfosysConfluence@infosys.com

Alternatively, in case of any difficulty you may log a request to Data Privacy Office, you may log your request by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.

Right to Withdrawal: Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent to the processing at any time in the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please contact us by sending email to InfosysConfluence@infosys.com. You may also log a request to Data Privacy Office by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.

Secondary Purpose

If we wish to use your Personal Data for a new purpose, not covered by this Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Data Transfer: We transfer Personal Data to countries outside the EU and EEA, including to countries which have different data protection standards to those which apply in the EU and EEA. Our service providers are primarily located in US, EU, India and UK. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. For transfers to Infosys group companies and service providers outside the EU and EEA, we use standard contractual clauses or rely on a service provider's Privacy Shield certification or a service provider's (EU data protection authority approved) corporate rules that are in place to protect your Personal Information. Data Security: Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data

Data Retention: Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal or business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner. Personal Data will be retained until necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
