Infosys featured in the Leadership Category of Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessment 2023

Infosys is positioned in the Leadership category of the Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessment 2023, for the eighth consecutive year. Infosys has been recognized as part of this prestigious assessment for demonstrating sustained leadership in corporate governance, through maximizing shareholder value legally, ethically, and on a sustainable basis while ensuring fairness to all stakeholders.

The Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard framework is jointly developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited (IiAS). It provides a standardized and objective evaluation of corporate governance practices of enterprises. The evaluation framework is built around the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, which are globally accepted benchmarks in evaluating the corporate governance scorecard for companies. IiAS released the eighth edition of its assessment of the S&P BSE100 index constituents on the Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard for the year 2023 on March 6, 2024.
