Infosys Featured in the Leadership Category of Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessment 2023

Infosys is positioned in the Leadership category of the Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessment 2023. This is the seventh consecutive year that Infosys has been recognized as a part of this prestigious assessment for demonstrating sustained leadership in Corporate Governance.

The Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard framework is jointly developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited (IiAS). It provides a standardized and objective evaluation of corporate governance practices of enterprises. The evaluation framework is built around the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, which are the globally accepted benchmark for corporate governance.
