Infosys Certified as a Great Place to Work® in Canada for 2022

Infosys has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for excellence in its employment practices in Canada. The Great Place to Work® Certification, one of the most coveted ‘Employer-of-Choice’ recognitions in the industry, emphasizes Infosys’ strategic commitment to its localization strategy in Canada. The certification also highlights Infosys’ efforts to power digital Canada by doubling its Canadian workforce and shrinking the IT skills gap in the country through sustained investments in training.

The Great Place to Work® Certification is awarded to organizations that deliver excellent employee experiences and demonstrate best-in-class people practices based on a rigorous assessment process. The organization launched the Great Place to Work survey for the Canadian Workforce and validated employee feedback, using their data-driven methodology. The certification confirms that over 7 out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at Infosys.

Infosys demonstrated excellence in terms of its Employee Training and Development by investing in initiatives including Digital Skill Tags for lifelong learning, and in nurturing employees with expertise from Infosys Leadership Institute.
