Infosys Wins Four Stevie® Awards for Great Employers 2021

Infosys won a Silver Stevie® Award for Rebadge Bot as a recognition of the advancement in HR technology the solution embodies. This offer-automation solution helped recruiters roll out 1220 offers in two days, saving approximately 20,000 hours of manual effort last year, and enabling the company to rechannel the team’s bandwidth towards improving candidate experience. Infosys was also honored with a Stevie® Silver for its Talent Acquisition Academy that is accelerating competencies and skills development for the company’s recruiters.

Infosys’ HackWithInfy was honored with a Stevie® Silver as one of the best youth employment strategies. This program strategically fulfils the dual objectives of employer branding and recruitment by blending in elements of technology, superior candidate experience, and a qualifying contest. The top performers from the competition are invited to work with Infosys.

Infosys also won a Bronze Stevie® for InfyTQ in the most innovative talent acquisition program category. A free, next-generation learning and engagement platform for engineering students in India, InfyTQ helps increase learners’ technology quotient and enables them to become industry-ready even as they complete their graduate studies.
