Infosys Positioned as a Leader in IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Microsoft Implementation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment

Infosys has been positioned as a Leader in the ‘IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Microsoft Implementation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US46733621, May 2021)’. According to the report, “IDC views Infosys highly in terms of its financial/funding model strategy and for developing future functionality and offering road maps.”

The Microsoft practice at Infosys spans across infrastructure, modern workplaces, business applications, data, and AI, all forming a part of Infosys Cobalt, a set of services, solutions and platforms for enterprises to accelerate their cloud journey.

The IDC MarketScape report evaluated 13 Microsoft applications systems integrators (SIs) with broad portfolios spanning IDC’s research coverage and with global scale, generating at least $275 million in revenue from their Microsoft implementation services practice globally. This research is a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the characteristics that explain a vendor's success in the marketplace and help anticipate its growth.

According to the report, “Buyers rate Infosys highly for its ability to resolve problems/issues related to customer service and for its ability to work with ecosystem partners on a project.” The report noted Infosys’ collaboration with Microsoft being centered around technology leadership, Microsoft certified skill sets, delivery capability, industry specific solutions, investments in low-code no-code space and innovative business platforms.
