Earning a spot on the list means that Infosys’s employees decidedly identified the company as one of the best places to work in the country.

The Fortune Best Big Companies to Work For™ award is based on an analysis of survey responses from current employees across the U.S. In the survey, 72% of Infosys’s employees said Infosys is a great place to work. This number is 13% points higher than the average U.S. company.
