Infosys Limited, its subsidiaries, associates and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Infosys”, “us”, “we”) are committed to process your personal data as per the laws of your country or state, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. The purpose of this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is to inform you of the categories of Personal Data we collect and the purposes for which we use such Personal Data.

Data Recipients / Accessible to:We may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients for the same purposes described below and where appropriate, we require that such parties maintain its confidentiality and maintain appropriate systems and processes to ensure its security and protection:
- Internal authorized employees of Infosys, including Infosys’ subsidiaries or affiliates, in internal functions such as Marketing and Sales
- Infosys’ service providers and partners who manage the registration process and provide their platform(s), hosting and e-mail services to Infosys
Lawfulness of Processing:
We process your Personal Data when it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are the party or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract. We process your Personal Data for the performance of a contract in the following circumstances:

- For informing you about confirmed registration
- For disseminating your knowledge/opinions to the attendees of Infosys Quality Leadership Forum virtual event and subsequently, to other Infosys employees
- For providing you access to the sessions of Infosys Quality Leadership Forum virtual event
- For improving our webinars with your feedback
- For presenting a trend basis poll data received from you as an attendee of the webinar
- For improving our webinars with better content and flow basis the time spent on the webinar and specific actions performed by you on the event platform
- For promotional purpose uploading the recording on Infosys website
- For lead generation purposes
Your Data Protection Rights: DDepending on the laws of the country where you reside, you have certain rights in respect of your personal data. For EU attendees, if you would like further information about your data protection rights or to submit a request to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your Personal Data. These rights may be exercised, by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.
Right to Withdrawal:Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw you consent to the processing at any time for the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please write to us at privacy@infosys.com.
Secondary Purpose
If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Notice, then we will provide you with a new Notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.
Data Transfer:

- For EU/EEA, UK - The Personal Data listed above may be transferred to countries located outside of the EU/EEA, for which data protection legislation may differ from that of the EEA, i.e., our offices located in India and where applicable, our authorized service providers’ servers located globally. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. We have, in particular, implemented the following safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR), the copies can be obtained by writing to privacy@infosys.com
- For Non-EU/EEA - If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to Infosys office located in India and where applicable, our authorized service providers’ servers. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. Your personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction based on Data Transfer Agreement/Consent/Specific Standard Contractual Clauses, etc. based on applicable DP Laws.
Data Security: Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data
Data Retention: Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
Contact your Local Data Protection Authority: Depending on the laws of the countries where you reside, if you are unhappy with how we safeguard your personal data, you have the right to bring a complaint to your local data protection authority.
