Roger is a platinum level SAP/ERP/IT consultant with over 25 years of SAP Implementation experience. He has spent most of his career assisting organizations with their SAP implementations, business optimization, system upgrades and supply chain automation.

The SAP project experience started at Imperial Oil in 1992 when Roger joined the internal SAP R/2 implementation project. In 1994, he moved over to Deloitte & Touché / ICS and was certified as a SAP R3 MM Functional consultant. From there he completed four end to end SAP/ERP implementations progressing through many roles including Sr. SCM Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Integration Manager, Team Lead, Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager.

He has been a key team member on multiple successful SAP ERP implementations. This includes two large integrated oil & gas companies; two Class 1 North American railways; Gas Pipeline company; a Telecommunications Corporation, West Coast Pulp and Paper company and an Electrical Distribution Utility.

He has well-developed skills in the complete SAP project life cycle and has fulfilled many project roles including functional consultant, business architect, integration, and project manager. He is a very strong team player with a very positive influence and strong history of success.

In her 27 year career with Chevron , Wendy has worked in all areas of IT, starting as a Programmer, moving into Risk Management and then into various Supervisory roles. She worked several years outside of IT in Strategic Planning for the business unit. Moving then to Houston to lead the Modeling and Analytics team in Supply & Trading and then leading an effort to scale Data Science at Chevron in a partnership with Microsoft, Mu Sigma and IBM. Returning to Canada during Covid where they have successfully changed their IT operating model, built out an Integrated operations center and were the first to deploy S4Hana for Chevron.
