Title: ConEd CIS Implementation Journey: Transformation in an Uber-Complex Environment
Consolidated Edison, Inc. Infosys implemented a single instance of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) to centralize operations for 3.9 million customers and 14,000 employees. An industrial tool automated parallel billing, while operational readiness testing mitigated risks.
