Abstract
Traditionally, both Cybersecurity and AI have been perceived as deeply technical and esoteric fields. However, the rapidly evolving threat landscape as well as recent advances in AI have brought these fields right into the public domain and are now into the vernacular. Both have leveraged the availability of computing power and the cloud, and they evoke both hope and dread.
Both are now subjects of laws. Curiously there is significant use of AI in Cyber Security, as well as importance for securing AI itself, thus leading to a convergence. How can innovative organizations leverage AI to be cyber secure, and secure AI to amplify human potential. Organizations need to necessarily build talent pools to address these relatively new skills. How can organizations partner with their customers in different industries to harness these technologies for transforming their business.

Kavitha Kadambi is the Vice President and CISO at Infosys. Kavitha is responsible for the overall information security strategy and its implementation across Infosys, from driving thought leadership to enabling enterprise security and improving the security posture of the organization and clients.
With over two-and-a-half decades of technology leadership across India, North America, Europe, and Emerging Markets, in large organizations and startups, services and product companies, Kavitha has steered enterprise transformation programs and digital services. A dynamic leader and a qualified cyber specialist, she has served in different echelons across Infosys, including creating Infosys Cobalt for Financial Services Industry Cloud.
A champion of Women in Technology and Business, Kavitha has won various accolades including, Infosec Maestro Award for Top 100 professionals in Information Security, and the British National Outsourcing Award for Innovative Telecommunications Outsourcing.
Kavitha holds a Master of Telecommunications and Software Engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA.
