Richard MacDougall is the Senior Director and Practice Engagement Manager in the Americas for Digital Workplace Services at Infosys. In this role, he leads sales for Digital Workplace Services in the Americas and partners with customers to help them redefine employee experience and drive consumerization of end user computing. Rich has worked across the US having played roles spanning sales, consulting and delivery. Given his breadth of experience, Rich’s strength lies in empowering customer to achieve more through technology, management insights and workplace transformation.
Richard holds a Master of Science, Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA.
Vivin George, AVP & Head - Offerings & Solutions, Digital Workplace Services, Infosys
Vivin George draws upon his 25+ years of experience as a practitioner and technology leader to offer guidance to help clients adopt digital workplace technologies. His priorities as head of Digital Workplace Offerings & Solution include identifying emerging technologies, developing workplace offerings, and value-added solutions.
Prior to Infosys, Vivin worked with leading IT and manufacturing industries where he was involved in programs like ERP implementation, data centre setup, identity integrations, desktop, and server migration.
Steve Simon, Director, Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 Partner Business Development
Steve Simon is Director for Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 Partner Business Development at Microsoft. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategy, partner business development and sales execution for Office 365 through and with Microsoft's Enterprise Partners.
His expertise lies in his deep understanding of the Microsoft business and partner needs and in implementing global partner solution plans for Microsoft’s most strategic global partners.
Steve holds an MBA in International Business & Management from Seattle University.
