Kurt Sweetser - Southern California Edison IT Director Customer Service Re-Platforming Program (CSRP)

Early in his career, Sweetser established new enterprise standards and programs enabling and differentiating Southern California Edison’s (SCE) infrastructure capabilities while leading and managing more than 230 represented and non-represented team members throughout SCE’s service territory. He also spent nine years as VP and General Manager with International Network Services/Lucent Technologies where he led more than 250+ consultants and sales personnel throughout the western United States. Sweetser then served eleven more years at SCE in executive positions, including IT Director of Business Relations, Client Services, and Planning for several operations.

Joshua Biggins is a partner with Infosys Consulting’s CIO Advisory Practice.
