Join this session to hear about how Bombardier embarked on HR transformation journey leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Cloud HCM solution for an Enhanced Employee Experience and Efficient HR Operations. SuccessFactors Compensation was one of the key programs in Bombardier’s HR transformation journey with implementation of Compensation & Variable Pay covering multiple business units. Objective was to build a scalable solution driving the Pay for Performance business processes, provide visibility into Compensation Planning processes to business stakeholders using robust analytics, transparency in organization’s reward & recognition program, with standardized business processes & improved operational efficiency.
