Overview
Infosys is a Platinum sponsor at the 19th Annual EFT Logistics CIO Forum EU conference. With an elite audience of 200 senior level attendees, 30 speakers, and 12 hours of one-to-one networking; the EFT Logistics CIO Forum provides an excellent platform to connect with chief information officers (CIOs) and IT decision makers from the logistics industry across Europe. The theme of the event will be centered on building the future of logistics through robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Infosys believes that the logistics industry is in the midst of a massive transformation. This is due to the rapid growth of technologies such as robotics, blockchain, and AI; which are disrupting traditional business models while creating intelligent and agile supply chains that respond to demand in real time. In order to leverage these new technologies, logistics enterprises are increasingly turning to logistics solution providers. According to the 22nd Annual Third Party Logistics Study conducted jointly by Infosys Consulting, Penn State University, and Global Talent advisory firm Korn/Ferr; the percentage of respondents outsourcing information technology services has increased to 27 percent in 2018 from 17 percent last year. Also, according to the 2018 Infosys Leadership in the Age of AI Report, 73 percent of all respondents surveyed agreed that AI has already transformed the way they do business. We believe that logistics enterprises will increasingly leverage new technologies such as AI, automation, and more in the future to re-imagine supply chains and seek competitive advantage.
Hear our experts discuss how we are helping Logistics enterprises become more agile and competitive and how you could leverage technology to transform your business and drive business growth.
