Mike Theaker, VP, HR Strategy and Digital Transformation SAP SuccessFactors
Mike Theaker is a VP, HR Strategy and Digital Transformation with SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in HR transformation and HR service delivery effectiveness.
He has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering HR transformation projects in a range of industry sectors, across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
Mike has worked at SAP SuccessFactors for four years with his previous roles including: Partner and global leader, HR effectiveness at Mercer; global HR and payroll service line leader at HP and associate partner at IBM.
Mike holds a masters in Human Resource Management and bachelors in Psychology. He is based in London.
David O'Keeffe, SuccessFactors Product Owner, BAE Systems Plc
David is Head of Technology and SuccessFactors Product Owner in EITS organisation of BAE system Limited. David is responsible for support/change management operations related for SuccessFactors and other related business applications. David has over 17 years of experience in technology and management delivering IT projects and also has expertise in managing the projects and stake holders expectations. His experience spanned several industries and sectors.
Vibhuti Kumar Dubey, SVP and Head of Service Offerings - SAP, Infosys
Vibhuti Kumar Dubey is a Senior Vice President and Head of SAP Practice, Infosys. He is responsible for delivery of all SAP engagements as well as practice development activities globally. Vibhuti manages multiple initiatives across competency development tools and solutions, and SAP alliance.
Shruthi Bopaiah, AVP and Head - Internal Communications and HR Consulting, Infosys
Shruthi Bopaiah has 14 years of experience spanning across talent acquisition, HR consulting, talent branding and internal communications. She is currently the Head, Internal Communications at Infosys Limited and also heads the HR Consulting arm of Infosys HR Function.
Shruthi is a post graduate in HR from Symbiosis and also has a Master’s degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis University. She has attended an exclusive Executive Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business as a part of a select group of leaders from Infosys. Shruthi has rich expertise in culture navigation, design thinking, communication and organizational transformation aided by technology. Her previous role at Infosys BPO (now BPM) was as a Solution Anchor, HR outsourcing for global clients.
Shruthi is the only Indian to have been recognized as a ‘Game Changer’ in 2012 by the Workforce Management Group. This award recognizes the next generation of innovative, dynamic leaders to watch out for in human resources and workplace management. She has also been mentioned in Jombay’s HR 40underFORTY list (2018).
As a core team member of several strategic change management exercises within the company, she has led her team to win the prestigious awards, such as the IABC Gold Quill Awards in 2013 for Excellence in Leadership Communication and for Excellence in Change Communication in 2018.
