Session Description

It is important to know consumer shopping patterns and design strategies which, in turn, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers can implement to influence their buying behavior. Manufacturers must be able to predict the future for the next five years because consumers expect CPG manufacturers to anticipate changes in their behavior, and provide them value-added services to continue brand loyalty.

This session focuses on:
  • The action plans of CPG companies to connect with consumers across different channels
  • Their influence points such as Digital Marketing Programs, Mobile Devices and In-Store Interaction
  • CPG’s future launches to influence customers
