In-house university

The Infosys Global Education Center in Mysore is one of the world’s largest corporate universities. Founded in 2002, the residential program imparts knowledge and skills for engineering and management graduates to become ready for work. This program has trained more than one million engineering graduates.

Globally recognized internship

InStep, the flagship internship program of Infosys, is ranked among the finest internship programs in the world. Founded in 1999, the program has benefited more than 2,400 interns from over 200 universities with ‘live’ projects across functions and business units.

Refined e-learning

Infosys helped university students navigate disruption during the pandemic lockdown with an immersive online learning experience. Wingspan, the digital learning platform of Infosys hosted ‘Summer of Ideas,’ an eight-week ideathon. In this unique program, subject matter experts mentored students, who were able to access curated e-learning courseware.

Computer education for all

Infosys partners with Pathfinders Institute to provide professional development in computer science and maker education for K-12 public school teachers and students in underrepresented areas. This initiative has helped more than 11 million teachers and 229 million students access computer education across the 50 states of the United States.
