Our team undertook a business blueprint exercise to understand existing business processes and system requirements. It enabled us to match K-12 business scenarios with SuccessFactors' out of the box offerings and design product extensions to meet unique K-12 needs such as concurrent employment, position management, annualization, deferred pay, and other payroll-related complexities.
We ensured superior data collection and de-risked data conversion by deploying proprietary tools such as the Infosys Data Services Suite (iDSS) and PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors Accelerator for advanced data analytics.
